Describe all items to be exhibited, sold, or given away (See Conditions of Agreement for requirements at https://www.pleasurepointstreetfair.com/vendors-conditions-of-agreement/).
REQUIRED: The California Department of Tax and Fees Association requires that all vendors who are selling any tangible merchandise, hot food, carbonated drinks and alcohol, provide their sellers permit. IF you do not have a sellers permit, one can be obtained for free here: https://onlineservices.cdtfa.ca.gov/_/#1
If you do not have have your permit at this time you can email it to events@pleasurepointstreetfair.com If you do not provide a sellers permit you will not be allowed to sell at the Pleasure Point Street Fair
You are required to have your own insurance.
